Help oversee the successful implementation of services in the five core program areas: Character and Leadership Development, Education and Career Development, Health and Life Skills, The Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation. A career in out-of-school programs begins as a program leader. Program leaders work directly with youth in a group environment.
Site Coordinator
Site Coordinators manage teams of program leaders at each of our locations
Quality Assurance Coaches
Quality Assurance Coaches travel to our locations to provide support and feedback to our Site Coordinators.
Area Directors
Area Directors budget and plan for programs at many locations.
Business Operations
We couldn't reach our goal of creating great futures for our youth without our dedicated team of finance, human resource, and office management professionals.
Resource Development
Community support drives the success of our mission. Our resource development team connects community members, corporate supporters, and charitable foundations with our organization. Grant writing, special event planning, donor database management, and community networking and engagement are all done within our resource development department.
